Interpersonal Process Groups
Now recruiting for a virtual process group forming in fall 2026.
Process groups can help you improve your communication, connect more authentically, and find new emotional adaptability.
In a Modern psychoanalytic process group, you’ll work to put your thoughts and feelings into words as they come up in the moment, giving you the space to learn more about how you relate and why, and to experience yourself in a new way.
There are many reasons why members join a group. A few examples:
you’re seeking connection and feel something’s not working in how you relate
you struggle to feel confident and to adequately express your needs
you’re curious about healthy aggression
you wonder about how you tend to manage distance and closeness with others
you’re going through a life transition or considering a big change
you want to feel less alone and work alongside others with similar concerns
you want to feel welcomed to explore your feelings in the here-and-now as your patterns emerge and try out new ways of relating
Group can be challenging, exciting, and highly connecting.
To get started, we’ll meet for one or two individual consultation sessions to determine if group is the right fit for you now. For more details, please reach out.
